To avoid late cancellation, class participants have up until 1 hour before class to cancel. Anything after that window is considered a late cancellation and client will forfeit a single class pass from their pack.
Clients must notify trainer of cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled session. If not, the missed session will be charged to client, or taken off of clients personal training pack. If you pay session-by-session, you may lose the ability to schedule future sessions. This is our livelihood and we take attendance very seriously. Not making sessions regularly may also lead to losing scheduling abilities.

We are no longer allowing accounts to be put on hold as of September 1st, 2022. We have no cancellation fees for this reason. Our bills do not stop coming in as a business when we go on vacation. If you have credit left on canceling you're account, credit can either be kept until you return to KS Fitness, or a check can be mailed in 7-10 days of receipt of cancellation.
